My Mom's Visit to WA
The Great Northwest welcomed her with plenty of rain and overcast skies. But my Mom was quick to remind me of what her dad would say to her when she visited them in ID, "you are my sunshine." I have great memories of the way my mom cherished times with her parents since they lived so far away from one another for a lot of my growing up years. I am grateful I feel similarly when I am able to spend time with my parents. I love it and really do cherish it. I feel so grateful that my Mom was able to come visit me. She is a faithful woman and inspires me with her example in so many ways. I am very honored to be her daughter.
